Cancellation Policy
POLICIES
SECURE BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of $20 will be required to secure your appointments. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment. Deposit goes toward appointment. A confirmation message along with the address will be sent out 24hrs before your scheduled appointment.
LATE/EARLY APPOINTMENTS
For late appointments, if 10 minutes late, a fee of $15 will be added to the total service price. After 15 minutes, your appointment can be cancelled, unless told otherwise by the artist.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Deposits will not be refunded.
Prior to appointment
I do ask that no other guest come to appointments with you unless being serviced. Please come with a clean face meaning no makeup or mascara. Groomed eyebrows are recommended for the best results.
